CAROL ROWLEY
Carol Rowley began her real estate career in 1974 when she joined DeForest Realty in Georgia. After moving to Houston she joined Bolin Development Corp. where she worked in the commercial real estate sector. During her years in Houston she’s lived in the Galleria area, Bellaire, Braes Heights, West U and Southgate, giving her first hand knowledge of the Houston market. Raising 3 children and volunteering at West U Elementary, River Oaks Baptist School, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School, immersed Carol in a wonderful community of people and a greater connection and understanding of the town she adores.
As a Greenwood King Top Producer, Carol is incredibly goal oriented and provides her clients first class, top notch service from start to finish. With one child just having graduated from UT, one a senior at St. Edwards in Austin, and her third a sophomore at Tulane, Carol has more time than ever to totally dedicate herself to her clients’ needs. As a recent client put it, "I've always been cynical of the value of a real estate agent until I worked with Carol Rowley. She made the process a pleasant experience, and I can honestly say we’ve made a friend in the process of purchasing our home. I’ve already referred her to 3 friends. Thank you, Carol!"
Another Client wrote, "Somehow, you managed to negotiate and guide us through this process. You certainly went above and beyond the service we expected. I know at times this transaction tested all of our limits, but we were very happy with the results. I’ve always resented paying commissions - but not in this case. You earned and deserved every penny! We are happy to have gotten to know you, and extend our highest recommendation to any of your prospective clients." • Read other letters of appreciation from Carol's clients
Her perseverance is shown through her tireless work with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, where she has dedicated more than 12 years in the search for a cure for this disease. JDRF selected Carol as Chair of the 2001 Children’s Congress, a national event in Washington, DC created to lobby the government for additional funding. As the Chair, she worked personally with 200 families representing all 50 states in order to introduce them to their Congressmen and United States Senators. She not only provides service to the Houston community, but also individuals throughout the United States.
