NANCY YOUNGER
Quality of service is a difficult abstract to evaluate preceding the service rendered. Some benchmarks do provide clues, however. Performance, track record, longevity and commendable goals are a few. Because of attributes like these, Realtor Nancy Younger was recruited in 1990 by Greenwood King to assist with the opening of an office to serve the Memorial/ Tanglewood area. A long time Memorial/ Tanglewood area resident, she possesses invaluable technical information gathered from more than twenty-five years of real estate sales and marketing experience.
Although her attention to her real estate business requires most of her time, Nancy still gives back to the community that has supported her career over these past two plus decades. Nancy is an active member of Christ Church Cathedral in downtown Houston. As an active member of the Cathedral Choir, she has sung at Minute Maid Park and Westminster Abbey. Past President of the Board of the Houston Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, she’s also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Over the past several years she has been appointed by the Chairman of the Board of the Houston Association of Realtors to the Professional Standards Committee which hears ethics complaints and provides arbitration from both the Realtor sector and the public sector.
"Nancy is the reason we stayed (with Greenwood King) – she is patient, professional and fun." –Elise and Steve Hough
“Nancy Younger went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our house. We initially listed the home on Monday, June 4th; we had two contracts by the end of that day. On June 7th, we signed an Earnest Money Contract for over our asking price. Then Tropical Storm Allison swamped our home with two feet of water. Nancy managed to keep our back-up buyers interested in the house, helped us mop, brought over packing supplies – and kept our spirits up until closing on August 31st. Wow!!”
