Jan Yardley joined Greenwood King Properties in 1986, and quickly became one of the firm¹s top producing agents specializing in West University, Bellaire, Rice-Medical Area, River Oaks, and Tanglewood. Jan is currently coordinator or the West University and Rice-Medical neighborhoods. A graduate of the University of Texas, Jan was involved in the home building business in the early 1980¹s. Her experience included all phases of home building including site selection and acquisition, architectural design, evaluation of bids, and supervision of construction.

The knowledge Jan gained through those years has been instrumental to her career throughout the Greenwood King market areas. Jan moved to West University in 1972 and since then has been a very active participant in community and civic endeavors. She has been involved in TIRR, little league programs, city elections, and with the schools that serve her neighborhood.
