SUSAN KLAIMAN
Susan Weiner Klaiman, a lifelong resident of Houston and third generation Houstonian, brings extensive knowledge of the city to Greenwood King Properties, as well as an eagerness to anticipate and accommodate her client’s needs. Susan’s attention to detail and responsiveness are what enable her to do this, but it’s her positive attitude and sense of integrity that keep her clients coming back.
Susan’s community involvement has taught her to be resourceful and has proven her willingness to go the extra mile. In March 2003, Susan was honored for her service on behalf of the Emery/Weimer School; she was recognized as an outstanding role model for the multi-leadership roles she tackled.
Susan has served on the boards of the American Jewish Committee, the Jewish Community Center, Congregation Beth Yeshurun, the Sisterhood of Congregation Beth Yeshurun and the Education Committee of William S. Malev Schools. She has been the president of the William S. Malev School Parent Teacher Organization, the president of a local O.R.T. chapter, an advisor to youth groups and the chairman of the Beth Yeshurun Sisterhood Donor luncheon. In 1995, she was chairman of special events for the Maccabi Youth Games held in Houston and chaired the tournament’s opening ceremonies in both 1995 and 1999.
Her family and friends know her as a “chef extraordinaire,” and she frequently lends her touted cooking skills to various community causes. When Susan is not servicing clients and helping her community, she enjoys exercising, hiking, and above all else, entertaining.
