As a full time agent for over 5 years, Stormy has quickly risen to the ranks of "Top Producer" with her finely tuned negotiating skills, commitment, market knowledge and a general positive attitude. Specializing in Braeswood Place, the Braes Heights area, Knollwood Village, West University, Bellaire and the inner-loop, she's known for going the extra mile to get things accomplished. Stormy’s Experience
Originally from El Paso, Stormy Hayes-Knipe has called Houston home for over 20 years. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) with a BFA in Marketing and Communications, Stormy worked for six years in sports cable for Fox Sports as a national sales planning manager. Later, she managed corporate marketing, public relations, advertising, design and production as a marketing group supervisor for Metro Networks. As a marketing manager with KPMG on a top national sales team, Stormy went on to achieve several awards including an award for volunteer excellence.

Spending time with husband Chad, son Zane and daughter Lilly is a top priority. In addition to her family and work as a GK Agent, Stormy is committed to volunteering, and currently serves on the WULL Auxiliary Board, the Mark Twain PTO Board, support volunteer for the Braeswood Place Home Owners Association as well as volunteering for her kid's sports teams. When she's not working, Stormy enjoys crafting, decorating and is an avid sports enthusiast.
