Sasha Van Nes’s interest in real estate started with the many homes she has owned in her life— through remodeling them, caring for them, and simply living in them. Through her own experiences, she’s learned first-hand about the unique benefits, as well as challenges of owning older homes, remodeled structures, and new construction.

Clients describe Sasha as a “great listener” and often say she is adept at pointing out possible alternatives and options to consider. But what they appreciate most are her responsiveness and industry knowledge. As one client put it, “All the steps that needed to happen- she knew them, and she communicated them to us, whether it was about the financing, or inspections, or anything else we needed to do. I didn’t have to do all the research myself, and really, all I had to do was show up!”

Sasha brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and expertise on construction, whether for remodeling an older home, or judging the quality of building materials in a new townhome. She specializes in the inner-loop area, but has also assisted buyers and sellers in the outer areas of Houston. Her versatility in personality and expertise are of great benefit to clients, especially first-time homebuyers who need ethical, honest guidance from a professional in order to make the best decisions.

Although Sasha works tirelessly, she does take time for herself remodeling her home, traveling the world, gardening, running, attending the Opera, assisting in births as a doula, and befriending lost dogs. She believes in helping women through challenges in life, and is Vice President of EnVision Connection, a member of Woman Within International.. Sasha has faith that the world is full of infinite possibilities.
