MARY CHRIST
Mary and Greenwood King Properties
Attentive, active, committed, detailed and “people-oriented” are just some of the words used to describe Mary Christ and her performance as a top-producing agent at Greenwood King Properties. A sixteen year resident of Houston, Mary’s love of the city and expertise in its neighborhoods is reflected in her enjoyment of her profession and her success as a Greenwood King Realtor. As a testament, one of her repeat customers writes, “Mary’s professional savvy, negotiating abilities and Realtor skills are only surpassed by her personal integrity.”
Specializing in inside-the-loop and close-in neighborhoods, including the Memorial Park area, West University, the Medical Center, Bellaire, Memorial and the Villages, as well as the Heights, “Mary will work to get you not just the best deal, but also the right deal,” says one of her satisfied clients. In addition to her top-producing status, she has earned the prestigious Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation.
Mary’s Experience
Mary has always proven to be a tenacious professional. After attaining her masters in business administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management in finance and marketing, Mary went on to work as a marketing executive for Compaq. The extensive negotiating, business development and marketing experience that she gained has provided a solid foundation in order to deliver excellent service to her clients.
Mary’s Personal Side
Currently, Mary selflessly donates her time to her Greenwood King clients as well as to the community, working as a docent at Holocaust Museum Houston and serving as the President of the Crestwood/Glen Cove Homeowner’s Association. She has also served as an advisory board member for the University of Houston Moores School of Music. When Mary isn’t helping out in the community, she stays very active by cycling, practicing yoga and kickboxing, and playing “the classics” on piano.
