Mary’s Experience
Mary Hart is focused on sales, customer service and client satisfaction. With a degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas in Austin, and a background in television ad sales, she has vast experience in negotiating the best deals for her clients, both in terms of price and investment value. These skills are particularly valuable in residential real estate, where the client is making a personal decision. “It is extremely important to me that each and every client is not only happy, but also feels that he or she has made a good business deal. I always put my clients first and I love working with people,” says Mary.

Mary began her career at Greenwood King as an assistant for several top agents, from whom she learned the ins and outs of the real estate business and the Houston market. Mary’s Personal Side
While growing up in Fort Worth, Mary often visited her extended family in Houston, which she considered her second home, and over the years she made many Houston friends both from Camp Longhorn and the University of Texas. She fell in love with the city and all it has to offer and now considers herself a full-fledged Houstonian. Mary is an active contributor to the community by serving on the board of the Houston Area Parkinson’s Society and devoting her time to the Amschwand Sarcoma Cancer Foundation and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership. In addition to her volunteer work, Mary enjoys yoga, tennis, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
