Bonnie joined Greenwood King Properties as a buyer’s agent in 1998, bringing over twenty-two years of professional selling and contract negotiation expertise. She quickly became an integral part of the team with her dynamic, gregarious nature. Bonnie revels in finding the perfect home for her clients and never gives up until she does. She is also an essential part of the marketing effort for our listings, assisting with showings and open houses.

Along with her husband and two daughters, Bonnie has been a Memorial resident for the past eleven years, and has exceptional market knowledge of real estate in the Memorial area.

Bonnie is active at her daughters’ schools, Spring Branch Middle School and Bunker Hill Elementary. She has co-chaired Bunker Hill’s annual auction (at the time, the largest fund raiser for the school), chaired their fifty-year anniversary celebration, and chaired booster sales, along with other various school volunteer opportunities.

Bonnie is also active in the National Charity League, Spring Branch Memorial Sports Association, a PTA life member for her volunteer efforts, is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®.

Bonnie has worked in partnership for the past ten years with Lucille Fendley. Together, this dynamic team have been Greenwood King top producers for the past ten years.
