Possessing nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the hospitality industry, Kelly has an extensive background based on developing successful partnerships while providing excellent customer service and focusing on client satisfaction. Having promoted the city of Houston in both national and international markets while working for the Greater Houston Convention and Visitors Bureau, Kelly’s knowledge of Houston is extensive. Fluent in Spanish and having lived overseas, she is comfortable working with clients from all over the world.

She started her real estate career by joining a top producing team at Greenwood King Properties. In 2002 she was on the #1 team contributing to the team total of $20 million in sales. Kelly lists and sells properties all over Houston. In 2001 she earned the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation. A firm believer in continuing education, Kelly attends the annual Star Power conference, where she learns from top real estate professionals in the industry. “I strongly believe that the key to creating value for your clients is to do what the competition in not willing to do.” She is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin with a B.A. in Latin American Studies.

Kelly is married to Kevin, a British transplant to Texas, who owns and operates a very successful business in the energy sector. Together they have two “four-footed” children, Mac, a Westie and Belle, a Cairn Terrier.
