Kerri’s Experience
Kerri Green is a true Houstonian who wants everyone to know how wonderful living in Houston can be. She grew up in the Memorial area and graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Houston. In an effort to broaden her experience and skills in sales, negotiation and servicing a wide variety of personalities, Kerri moved to Boston for four years and began her professional career at Paradigm Properties, a commercial real estate firm. There she worked as a customer service liaison for such programs as “Building Benefits” and “Community Connection,” which encouraged clients to become more involved in the community. She then headed to New York as an assistant at Calvin Klein. Houston was her home and residential real estate her calling, so Kerri moved back to begin work at the City’s leading privately-owned firm.

Kerri and Greenwood King Properties
Kerri began working as an assistant at Greenwood King Properties and quickly immersed herself in the energetic and innovative atmosphere of the company. With her hometown ties to Houston and love of community, Greenwood King is the perfect fit. Kerri attributes her success to not only loving what she does, but also to her interpersonal skills and willingness to provide over-the-top customer service to her clients throughout the experience of buying or selling their home.

Kerri’s Personal Side
Kerri balances her life by spending time with her family and three little sisters while also training for the Houston Marathon. She enjoys cycling, volunteering in the community, traveling, and spending time with her friends.
