A native Houstonian, Janice Wilson has been a Realtor® since 1983 and a member of the Greenwood King team since 1987, specializing in Medical Center, River Oaks and Tanglewood properties.

As a resident in the Medical Center Area for more than 33 years, Janice's market knowledge is based on experience, as well as continual research. A member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Janice served on the Houston Association of Realtors MLS committee, Technology Committee, Stands of Practice Committee and was elected a director of the Houston and Texas Association of Realtors in 2003 and 2010-2012. She is also a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
