Ginny’s Experience Ginny has taken to the Houston real estate market with full force since 2004. She grew up in River Oaks and attended Saint Michael's and Saint Agnes Academy. Ginny headed west to Los Angeles, California, where she received her undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University. At LMU, she was the top student in her major and a valedictorian candidate. While in California, she worked in Programming and Development at MTV.

With a desire to learn more about business, she moved east to study at the Tuck School of Business’ Bridge Program at Dartmouth. As part of her program focus, Ginny ardently researched Houston real estate investments and earned the prestigious title of “Top Negotiator.” She was soon drawn back to her hometown to apply her education. With her thorough understanding of the market, Ginny is primed to provide her customers with exceptional results. Ginny earned her Texas Real Estate Broker's license when she was 25. Ginny married Alex Jackson in 2007 and the couple live in a converted historic duplex that she restored inside the loop.

She selected this area to build expertise because of her familiairity with the market and its rich history and culture.

Ginny and Real Estate Investment
As an investor herself, Ginny is very familiar with the process of buying and selling Houston foreclosures. She attends Harris county foreclosure auctions regularly and assists clients who want to invest in these properties. She is motivated to find solid investments for her clients.

Renovation and Rehabilitation Knowledge:
Ginny has formed an extensive understanding of renovation by fixing up houses and acting as general contractor for many projects. She is very informed in construction, local suppliers, estimated costs, and interior design. Historical preservation and architectural details are also subjects that Ginny is greatly concerned with. Her eye for a good deal and thorough understanding of the market is what keeps clients returning to invest with Ginny as their agent.
