LUCILLE FENDLEY
Top Producer |
Memorial Specialist | Over 25 Years of
Experience
It's little wonder that past clients refer their friends and
families to Lucille Fendley again and again. In the real
estate business since 1976, Lucille understands that
there's more to her job than selling a home. On
numerous occasions, she has gone above and beyond
the call of duty and she goes out of her way to put her
customers at ease. Her past clients can attest to her
dedication and perseverance. "Lucille lives by the
motto: 'whatever it takes.' She is the ultimate
professional," wrote one customer.
A superb negotiator, Lucille recently orchestrated a deal where her client purchased a property and then sold off a portion of the land simultaneously! Whereas other realtors may have shied away from a situation so fraught with complications, Lucille took it all in stride. "I've handled so many different types of complex transactions that no problem is too hard." she says.
A genuine interest in remodeling and updating homes, be it her parents', friends', or customers', really sets her apart from the competition. "I like to find properties that have good space and potential and turn them into beautiful homes," says Lucille. "I have a great eye for doing this, and I help my customers see the possibilities and provide them with names of reasonable contractors that can get the job done for them." It's an especially important skill in the Memorial area, where homes tend to be older and need an imaginative eye.
A native Houstonian, Lucille grew up in a family that invested in real estate. She has also lived in many of the neighborhoods in which she sells, giving her an intimate knowledge of the market. Along with her licensed assistant and buyer’s agent, Lucille has created a team approach to listing and selling real estate, which ensures that her clients receive the utmost attention.
Throughout her career, Lucille has been a premier influence on the Memorial community through her work as a real estate professional and an area volunteer. She has been involved with neighborhood schools and organizations in Frostwood, where she currently resides, Whispering Oaks and Bunker Hill, where she lived for eight years. Also, Lucille volunteers for the American Diabetes Association, the March of Dimes, the Houston Junior Forum and numerous cancer support groups.
