After training under GK top producer Val Lankford, Alicia was prepared to step out on her own. Her exposure to a variety of listings and sales with a 20 year veteran gave her the tools to maneuver and handle anything in the industry. Alicia enjoys engaging in the entire process of finding someone their home. “It’s exciting - finding a house that my clients love. Plus, my father has been a builder forever so I’ve been around it all of my life and that’s what makes it interesting.” Thorough, organized, keeping clients well informed, and a “catcher” of all details big and small; Alicia can handle large, complex and small transactions. Her background in fundraising, grant writing and special events is very similar to the coordination of extensive information and parties in tandem necessary in real estate. In short, Alicia keeps all of the balls soundly in the air.

A graduate of the University of Texas, this third generation Houstonian, enjoys spending time outdoors, running and spending time with her dogs. Of equal importance, Alicia’s volunteer work through the Junior League has afforded her the opportunity to give back and experience the Houston community on another level.
