“I met a woman at an open house, and we really connected. She was relocating and looking for a new home. She had used another Realtor® in the area to sell her previous home a few years earlier. Because she was so impressed with our rapport, she decided right then that she wanted me to be her Realtor®. After two weeks, we found the perfect home within her budget. There were a few issues throughout the contract and closing that required some complex negotiations and problem-solving, but she never stressed throughout the process. As she explained, she knew that I always had her interests foremost. Afterward she referred two friends to me. Then when she got engaged, she and her fiancé called me to list both of their homes and to find them a new home. Caroline and Greenwood King Properties
This Texas A&M University graduate says that several things lured her to Greenwood King Properties including the “best marketing materials for my clients, the utmost integrity, and strong community involvement.” Additionally the fact that “Greenwood King is a leader in the real estate industry” attributed to her decision. Caroline specializes in new construction, residential resale, condominiums and townhomes. She has been acknowledged for her extraordinary sales and marketing techniques with multiple high-end builders, a 44-unit condominium renovation project, and a new construction townhome development. Caroline was named a Greenwood King 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Top Producer. Caroline also has earned the National Association of Realtor’s Green Designation.

Caroline’s Personal Side
Caroline is an active community member herself, squeezing in time for such organizations as The Junior League of Houston, Kappa Kappa Gamma Alumnae and Golden Beginnings Golden Retriever Rescue. She lives in the Historic Houston Heights with her husband, Jason Homrighaus, and their golden retrievers, Belle and Mas.
