BRIGETTE LARSON
Brigette’s Experience
Brigette Larson lives by the motto: “With patience and perseverance, most of your wishes can come true!” Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brigette worked for a Herman Miller dealer in the contract furniture industry for twelve years, calling on large corporate clients. “I worked on projects that required pulling a team together to order and install multiple floors of furniture with very strict guidelines. It required the utmost team work, attention to detail and a strong commitment to the client to ensure all deadlines were met. This graduate of Louisiana State University joined Greenwood King Properties to put her keen sense of timing and organization to good use in the real estate market.
Brigette and Greenwood King Properties
Brigette’s background made her uniquely qualified to navigate the complex situations agents encounter in the residential real estate market. Having lived in the Heights, since 1995, she quickly became one of the top producers at GK’s Heights office. She is consistent, focused and organized and well known for her ability to get homeowners properties ready for the market. A recent client says it best: “Brigette understands people and has the enthusiasm to help them get what they want. She has the skill to negotiate a reasonable outcome where all parties feel they were treated fairly. She’s smart and she works hard – it’s what I expect from my realtor.”
Brigette’s Personal Side
A Louisiana native, Brigette has two sisters, two brothers and eight nieces and nephews. Not to be outdone by her siblings, Brigette and her husband, who were married in 2003, have their own 4-legged child, a yellow lab named Barley. Active in her neighborhood, Woodland Heights, she has co-chaired several of the recent home tours and was also co-chair of the 2007 Woodland Heights Centennial Gala, which celebrated the neighborhood’s 100th anniversary. She is currently co-chairing an effort to produce a coffee table book that showcases the neighborhood’s porches – “one of the many reasons we all live there!” And, when she’s not working and wants to get away, she and her husband head to the East End Historic District in Galveston, where they have a weekend home.
