As a graduate of Memorial High School, The University of Texas and the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York- Alex brings a diverse and illustrious set of skills to her clients. However, it’s her professional experience as a stock broker with Lehman Brothers that created her strong background in sales and negotiation.

Alex forges successful business endeavors wherever she presides and strives to create a “win win” environment whether she’s your agent or a representative of Greenwood King. Her life has been dedicated to helping others with her ever present positive attitude; and, she always strives to be the “best” both personally and professionally.

Above all, the field of residential real estate is one of Alex’s true natural talents. Married to one of Houston’s finest home builders - she’s designed, built and sold some of the finer homes in Houston’s best neighborhoods. Her knowledge and expertise from those experiences is critical in serving her clients whether selling or buying a home.

As an accredited Home Staging Specialist, (CHMS) Alex is a natural when it comes to implementing strategies to effectively prepare a home for sale. Along with her certification as a negotiation expert (CNE), she possesses the tools to continually facilitate successful Real Estate transactions that attain the best results for her clients.

She is a native Houstonian, who grew up in Briargrove and Memorial. After college, Alex lived in the River Oaks area and currently resides in Tanglewood with her husband Robert Davis and her two wonderful daughters, Kathryn and Rebecca.
